Jenya Frid is a freelance illustrator whose clients include CommonScentsCards, Good Health Natural Foods, Inc., Direct Partners, NY, Harvard Magazine, Internet World, Massage Magazine, The New York Times, The Pennsylvania Gazette, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and Silicon Alley Reporter, among others. She received her BFA in Illustration at Parsons School of Design in NYC. Her colorful work is a combination of printmaking, painting and collage. She is a member of the Graphic Artists Guild.

Besides being a commercial illustrator, Jenya is also a print artist. After studying printmaking at Parsons, she worked as an apprentice at the prestigious K. Caraccio Print Studio in NYC, was an assistant professor in a Parsons/Bank Street summer printmaking program, and participated in a Japanese woodcut class in Columbia University.Recently, her work was on view at the print exhibition at the Creative Center in Manhattan, where she also taught
two workshops in collagraph printmaking.

In her spare time, Jenya might be caught listening to opera, studying French and Spanish, or cooking in her kitchen.
